Most people start out getting involved with The Columbus Idea Foundry by first taking a class. Usually we ask that potential new members take a class.
What is a class at the Idea Foundry like?
The typical Idea Foundry class is in the evening or on the weekend and is an informal but professional, hands-on learning experience. Class sizes have been carefully chosen to offer the best experience for each student, and each instructor is an expert in the subject being taught, often with a lifetime of experience to pull from.
Once a class has been taken that tool/area is available to members at an hourly rate.
